We may require following personnel for different sites with their profiles as under:


Candidate Profile:

  • B.E. Civil (preferred) or Diploma Civil.
  • Minimum work experience of 5 years in residential (high rise) and commercial projects.
  • Shall have knowledge of MS Office, Auto CAD 2D, MS Project.

Candidate Profile:

  • Diploma Civil (preferrable) or ITI Civil.
  • Experience of 1 year in residential or commercial projects.
  • Basic Computer proficiency (preferable).

Candidate Profile:

  • Any graduate, with 2-3 years of experience in a similar job profile. Fresher are welcome.
  • Diploma/MBA in MARKETING will have added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills & Computer literate.
  • Excellent communication skills & fluent in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
  • Diploma/MBA in MARKETING will have added advantage.
  • Should be analytical, self motivated & matured with pleasing personality.

Candidate Profile:

  • Any graduate, with 2-3 years of experience in a similar job profile. Fresher are welcome.
  • BBA/GDMM/MBA will have an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills & Computer literate.
  • Excellent communication skills & fluent in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
  • Diploma/MBA in MARKETING will have added advantage.
  • Should be analytical, self motivated & matured with pleasing personality.

For running company owned vehicles ,may be Cars, or Trucks , we can recruit such staff with the profiles. as : Minimum SSC/HSC/graduate , with 2-3 years of experience in a similar /higher vehicle driving jobs with necessary Motor Driving licenses. Alcohol drinking will never be permitted .


After an Interview and written test ,if required a candidate will be selected as as a Trainee / Management Trainee and will undergo training for 6 months . We can have training Center to provide induction training program for a day or two at HO, Visanagar / Corporate Office, Ahmedabad so that new candidate will get glimpses of the job, he is expected to perform. After that a candidate will be asked to report at the location for comprehensive Training for about 6 months .He will be paid stipend every month during that period , as the management decide , from time to time.After successful completion of training, he/she will get an Appointment Order. .


Unless specified in appointment letter, the employee shall be on probation for another 6 months from the date of completion of training. But if the management is not satisfied with your performance and conduct, your service shall be liable to termination without prior notice. This period of probation will be liable to extension for any period not exceeding 9 months as the management may deemed fit, provided, however, that the probationary period will continue till you are confirmed in writing. Employees under training and probation will not be entitled for any Leave benefits.


After successful completion of training for a period of 6 months and Probation period of 6 months , an Employee will be considered as a Regular Employee. Such employees will be entitle for benefits like Employee Code , Identity Cards and 2 Pair of uniforms . There would be separate colours and pattern for Supervisory and Non Supervisory employees. Other benefits like PF ,ESIC ,Group Insurance etc as per the Government Rules and Regulations will also be given to the eligible employees.


Employees services are liable to be transferred by the company at its discretion to any of its department or office or project within INDIA. There shall not be any detriment to his or her status of emoluments. He shall abide by such transfer. Additional petrol allowances will be provided to employee if necessary but work timings will remain same


Employee who is involved in any kind of misconduct/misbehavior will not be tolerated. Such employee shall be terminated immediately without notice or payment in lieu of notice. Any kind of loss to company due to employee's misconduct/misbehavior shall be recovered from him or her. Employee, who is aware of others misconduct/misbehavior and not informing about it to management, will be equally punished. Employee will not engage in any endeavor or activity which either conflicts or not with the interest of the company during his or her employment. During the tenure of his or her employment with the company employee will maintain total confidentiality to which he or she may have access directly or indirectly. Employee should not divulge any information or documents of confidential nature to any person either while in service or thereafter he or she should not divulge or disclose any information, transactions or affairs concerning to the company.
